Hello, I was desperate that two days before my extended trip to Europe my NEXUS 7 has quit working. It was the second time that my device needed servicing (first repair was done in the Czech Republic by an ASUS authorized laboratory) and since it took them more than three weeks, (and an exchange of letters with top brass at ASUS to acknowledge the repair under warranty) I was especially grateful to Elad for his understanding and quick help. My NEXUS 7 needing service twice in the span of 6 months, I was sure I will never want an ASUS device in my life, but my experience with your company has made me change my opinion.
