Most appaling service possible. My computer was taken for repairs 3 months ago. Daily calls to Shirit didn't help. a temporary replacement computer was promised- never received. All she offered afer 3 months of waiting is to return the money - which is totally unacceptable. Most appaling of all was the treatment of the director Elad Burstein who closed the telephone in the most rude manner possible. I asked to receive the CEO's email, but he was not ready to disclose it
